Everybody likes a bargain and I'm definitley one of those people. However, unlike the CouponMom I don't like to spend too many hours going through coupons and doing complicated math. I go for the big deals and the obvious steals. To get any of these deals listed you will need one of the following things 1) a subscription to a Sunday newspaper or 2) the internet and a printer. Manufacturer coupons can be found in both places.


Today's Deal of the day for May 30th and May 31st

*Chex Mix all varieties at Walgreens for $0.49. Use your $.50 off manufacturers coupon and combine it with Walgreens two-day sale price of $0.99 for a total cost of $0.49.


*Suave deodorant for $0.98 at Walmart. Regular price is $1.72. Use your $0.75 manufactures coupon and you get a full size name brand deodorant for less then a dollar! This is an ongoing sale through June 12th when the manufacture's coupon expires!

Growing up as a kid I remember my neighbors often having garage sales and being excited to see what good finds I could snatch up. Nowadays garage sales are less frequent as more of us have turned to online shopping as a way to snatch a great deal. Many phones like the iphone and Anrdoid market phones even have applications that compare the price of a product by simply scanning the barcode and checking major retailers. The key is to shop around before buying, compare prices at a number of stores both in person and online. Sometimes you may actually pay less in the store then online. Remember when comparing prices to factor in sales tax, and shipping costs these can add significant cost to your purchase.
